Guests can ring in 2021 with an exquisite five-course set menu at Sky Table. They will be welcomed with an bouche followed by lobster bisque, foie gras mi-cut a la Francoise, grilled tiger prawns in a white lemon-butter sauce for the main course, and Hazelnut Richer Finger and Dulce Bond Chocolate to make the final moments of the year truly sublime. Sky Table’s beverage menu includes a selection of the finest grape, premium drinks, and bubbly.
