SOCIATE appoints Patrick Marcy Carlos as Junior Graphic Designer

 

Patrick Marcy Carlos is the agency’s newest team member, joining in June

 

SOCIATE has onboarded new talent to its budding Design team with the addition of a Junior Graphic Designer & Creative Whiz. Based in the Philippines, Marcy works in collaboration with SOCIATE’s Graphic Designer & Visual Wizard, Rene Patricio, on internal and external design projects.

 

Marcy’s journey to forging a career in graphic design started when he designed a magazine in high school. Turning this ember into a flame, Marcy went on to design for friends, companies, and politicians.

 

He credits his innate creativity to his late mother, a cross-stitch enthusiast. Seeing her art on display gave Marcy a dream – he wanted to see his creative work in the spotlight too. Choosing technology as his tool of trade, Marcy’s design skills have always been a subject of praise. His designs are energetic, positive, and always on-brand. Marcy’s personal style is inspired by Japanese anime and the enchanting work of Studio Ghibli.

 

Marcy comments on his role, “I love SOCIATE’s energy and how it’s translated into visual content. There’s plenty of room to express, and experiment with, creativity at the agency. I look forward to further refining my skills with our internal and client design work”.
