SOCIATE adopts Monday – Friday working week from January 3, 2022

 

 

This decision follows the UAE’s new working week announcement in December 2021

 

After a raft of new laws introduced this year, the UAE is ending 2021 with a bang. The nation sparked countless international headlines when it announced its pioneering decision to shift to a 4.5-day working week. 

 

The news was celebrated with caution by the private sector as the new working week regulations currently only apply to the public sector. It didn’t take long for new headlines to emerge, with private companies announcing their decision to adopt a 4.5-day working week in the new year.

 

Following its end-of-year Strategy Day in December, SOCIATE internally announced its shift to a Monday to Friday working week from January 3, 2022. The PR company in Dubai’s new working week will be from 9AM to 6PM from Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 4PM on Friday.
